The role of Anfitrión/Anfitriona (Host/Hostess) at SodexoMagic involves being a warm and welcoming ambassador of customer service, dedicated to creating a positive and enjoyable experience for every guest. This full-time position, located at Atrium Health Behavioral Health in Charlotte, offers a competitive hourly wage of $20.00. Employees in this role are expected to work varying shifts with preferred open availability to accommodate the business needs. As a Host or Hostess, your responsibilities include greeting and seating guests courteously and efficiently, addressing guest inquiries and requests with professionalism, and assisting with payments and support to other service staff to ensure complete guest satisfaction. Additionally, punctuality and reliability are essential, along with the flexibility to perform additional tasks as assigned depending on site-specific requirements.

Job Duties

  • Greet and seat guests in a friendly and courteous manner

  • Perform other assigned tasks as required by the business needs and client requirements
