Job Requirements

  • Physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight
  • Availability to work full evening shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Provide attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly bar service while maintaining a warm, welcoming guest experience
  • Mix and prepare drinks for servers
  • Run food efficiently and accurately during high-volume periods, ensuring timely delivery and proper presentation
  • Buss tables, reset sections, and maintain a clean, organized bar area throughout service
  • Assist teammates across all front-of-house roles to support overall operational success
  • Communicate clearly with kitchen and server teams to ensure accuracy and speed of service
  • Handle guest concerns with professionalism, escalating issues to management when appropriate
  • Support opening, mid-shift, and closing duties to keep the restaurant clean, stocked, and service-ready
  • Uphold all safety, sanitation, and service standards consistently
