We are currently seeking an efficient, friendly, and hardworking barista to join our team. This part-time position, offering approximately 25-30 hours per week, is perfect for someone who is passionate about coffee, customer service, and working in a vibrant community-centric café setting. As a barista at Ancora, you will be responsible for crafting specialty coffee drinks, preparing teas and other beverages, running food orders quickly, bussing tables, and maintaining a clean and inviting environment. The role requires a strong work ethic, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a genuine enthusiasm for delivering outstanding customer service that goes above and beyond. Compensation for this role ranges from $9.00 to $10.50 per hour, dependent on experience, with additional participation in a tip pool that brings the total hourly compensation to between $21.00 and $24.00.
