This full-time position is centered on providing outstanding guest service as a Guest Service Ambassador with a focus on valet and bellman duties within one of the premier downtown hospitality venues managed by AHC. This role requires weekend availability and plays a crucial part in creating excellent first and last impressions for guests. As a Guest Service Ambassador, you will be responsible for greeting guests as they arrive at the valet motor lobby or main lobby, assisting with luggage, and safely parking and retrieving vehicles. Your ability to maintain professionalism and a positive attitude while handling guest needs is essential to enhancing the overall guest experience.

Responsibilities include providing timely and secure valet parking services, assisting guests with bell service needs, maintaining cleanliness and safety of the valet motor lobby and surrounding areas, and following strict company standards and procedures.
