Job Requirements
- Vehicle operator's license
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- related experience preferred
- availability to work part-time including weekends
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- ability to perform physically demanding tasks
- willingness to follow company policies and procedures
- ability to work well under pressure and handle confidential guest information
Job Qualifications
- Must be able to run, walk, and stand for upwards of 8 hours
- ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
- maintain a positive and professional attitude
- understand and follow AHC guest service standards
- good knowledge of Grand Rapids and greater Grand Rapids area
- ability to lift large parcels
- ability to build guest relationships
- TIPS certification preferred
Job Duties
- Greet and assist guests at valet motor lobby and main lobby
- safely drive and park guest vehicles in a timely manner
- handle bell service requests promptly
- maintain cleanliness and orderliness of airlock and motor lobby areas
- monitor and report valet parking equipment issues
- participate in departmental meetings
- follow AHC guest service standards and policies
