The role of Amusement Manager at Dave & Buster's and Main Event Entertainment is an exciting opportunity for a technically skilled leader passionate about entertainment technology and guest service. This position is responsible for ensuring all arcade and virtual reality games are maintained in ideal playing conditions, creating a safe, secure, and sanitary environment that enhances the overall guest experience. The Amusement Manager will lead a team of Game Technicians, providing coaching, training, and support to ensure high game playability and effective maintenance. Job Requirements

  • 21 plus years of age
  • 3 plus years of relevant experience in a similar environment diagnosing and fixing arcade games and technical equipment

  • ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, regarding all job responsibilities
