Job Requirements

  • 21 or older
  • Three or more years of relevant technical experience
  • Ability to lead a team to create memorable guest experiences
  • Willingness to work in fast-paced, noisy, distracting conditions
  • Effective communication skills orally and in writing
  • Strong business acumen
  • Availability to work weekends, nights and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Three or more years of relevant experience diagnosing and repairing arcade and virtual reality games
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a technical team
  • Strong communication skills both oral and written
  • Business acumen to support operational decisions
  • Experience working in fast-paced and noisy environments
  • Ability to work weekends, nights and holidays
  • Friendly and engaging management style

Job Duties

  • Lead, hire, train, develop and retain a team of Game Technicians
  • Create a safe, secure, sanitary environment for guests and staff
  • Maintain and repair arcade and virtual reality games to ensure ideal playing conditions
  • Adhere to preventative maintenance programs and daily store maintenance
  • Monitor game playability and perform repairs promptly
  • Communicate effectively with team members and guests to inspire a fun atmosphere
  • Oversee operations during peak business hours while managing physical demands
