The AM/PM Lounge Bartender role at Concord Hospitality offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team that plays a crucial part in enhancing guest satisfaction and the overall ambiance of the lounge and pool areas. This position involves setting up and breaking down the bar, ensuring all liquor and supplies are secured and stored properly, and providing exceptional service to guests and servers by taking drink orders efficiently and accurately. The bartender is responsible for crafting cocktails that adhere strictly to Beverage Standards using standard jiggers, thus maintaining consistency and quality in every drink served. A key aspect of the role includes making rounds at the pool to engage with guests and ensure their needs are met promptly, contributing to a memorable visit.
Operational duties such as managing check handling procedures, including strict adherence to credit card policies and refraining from cash tabs, reinforce the position's importance in safeguarding company assets and ensuring accurate financial transactions. The bartender will also perform various maintenance tasks such as replenishing glassware, ice stations, and beer stock, while maintaining cleanliness by sweeping floors and steam-cleaning trash cans at the end of shifts. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to handle beverage preparation according to standards
- experience in a similar role preferred
- strong communication skills
- ability to manage inventory and supplies
- ability to follow cash handling procedures and credit card policies
- ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Set up bar
- break down bar, lock up liquor, and store fruit and juices properly
- accept drink orders from guests/servers in proper calling order
- make rounds at the pool to ensure guest satisfaction
- make cocktails in accordance beverage standards using standard jigger
- follow all check handling procedures, including all credit card policies and procedures
- complete all opening and closing duties as listed on the checklist
- check and replace glassware where needed
- stock and replenish ice at all ice stations
- clean floors in area of responsibility at the end of each shift
- empty and steam-clean trashcans at the end of each shift or as necessary
- be responsible for the inventory of the soda and juices and their rotation of stock
- stock and replenish beer in bottles and kegs when necessary
