Job Description

We pride ourselves on quality service, culinary excellence, and a commitment to creating memorable guest experiences. With a longstanding reputation in the market, we strive to maintain our position as a leader in hospitality by continuously enhancing our menu offerings and culinary operations. The environment we foster is one where teamwork, professionalism, and a passion for food come together to ensure our guests enjoy the finest cuisine prepared to the highest standards.

The role of the Line Cook Supervisor is integral to the success of our kitchen operations. In this position, you will oversee the preparation of all menu items strictly following recipes and yield guides to maintain consistency and quality. You will be responsible for directing, training, and monitoring the performance of Line Cooks, ensuring that all work areas and equipment remain organized, clean, and sanitary throughout the shift. This leadership role demands an individual who is proactive, highly organized, and able to manage priorities effectively. You will coordinate production and prep work assignments for the team, communicate any changes or additions throughout the shift, and make sure that workstations are properly set up with all necessary mise en place, tools, equipment, and supplies. Additionally, you will be expected to accurately breakdown workstations and complete all closing duties at the end of the day.

Communication is key in this role, as you will serve as a liaison between the kitchen staff and the Sous Chef, promptly informing them of any supply needs and ensuring that kitchen operations run smoothly. We value candidates who possess a high work ethic and self-initiative, can work flexibly across various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays, and who enjoy being part of a team dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences for our guests.
