Job Duties
- Ensure incredible service is provided by effectively handling a variety of tasks
- preparing ingredients to be used by the culinary team as well as creating high quality meals
- follow proper recipes, knife skills and cooking techniques to provide consistent ingredients and finished products
- balance prep work while ensuring guests meals are prepared in a timely manner while maintaining high standards
- comply with applicable State Restaurant Health Codes and Regulations
