Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must pass background check and drug screening
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license if applicable
  • Willingness to work varied shifts including nights and holidays
  • Physical ability to perform job duties
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of gaming operations a plus
  • Ability to obtain necessary gaming licenses as required
  • Basic maintenance or culinary skills depending on position

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent customer service to casino guests
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in assigned areas
  • Operate gaming equipment and ensure compliance with gaming regulations
  • Monitor security and safety of guests and property
  • Assist with front desk operations and guest check-ins
  • Perform maintenance and repairs as needed in facility areas
