This role is a dynamic opportunity within the American Girl Retail team based at the Los Angeles location, reporting directly to the Restaurant Manager. The Dishwasher position plays a crucial part in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitary standards of the high-volume kitchen and dining areas within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This hourly role offers a competitive base pay range of $17.87 to $19.50, with the exact rate determined by the candidate's location, skills, and experience.

As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for ensuring that all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans meet health code standards for cleanliness and sanitation. Beyond dishwashing, the role entails maintaining the overall cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas, including sweeping floors, disposing of garbage, and sanitizing surfaces, equipment, and tools. You will also assist with critical side work like stock rotation, replenishment, proper food storage, and setting up or breaking down workstations.
