The organization is currently seeking a dedicated Lead Party Planner to join the team, offering a 30-hour per week, benefits eligible position paying $17 per hour, with potential for additional earnings based on experience.

The Lead Party Planner role is pivotal in delivering unforgettable party experiences that meet the high standards synonymous with the American Girl brand. This position entails managing every detail of party planning from initial customer interaction through event execution. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, personable, and skilled in communication, capable of coordinating with party guests to craft magical events tailored to their needs while ensuring a superior level of customer service. Additionally, the Lead Party Planner will work closely with management and team members, oversee reservations, handle caterer communications, maintain staff schedules, and ensure compliance with food safety and workplace guidelines.

Beyond event planning, the role involves active participation in the daily operation of the retail store, assisting with sales goals, managing customer relations, and supporting various retail functions including doll hair salon services, programming, events, and personal shopping experiences.
