Job Description

Located in Kissimmee, FL, Associa is seeking an Amenities Manager to oversee food, beverage, and amenity operations, including the sundry shop, bar, and event spaces. This full-time leadership role plays a critical part in enriching the resident and guest experience by delivering top-tier service and coordinating meaningful community events. The Amenities Manager will orchestrate all aspects of operations from staffing and inventory management to customer service and health standards compliance. As an Amenities Manager at Associa, you will lead and inspire a team to foster a welcoming atmosphere for residents and guests, ensuring that every interaction contributes positively to the community’s spirit. Key responsibilities include planning and executing onsite events and activities that bring people together, managing operational components such as budgeting, POS systems, and financial reporting, and maintaining a safe, efficient environment through adherence to health regulations. The role demands collaboration with the Events Committee to keep a lively and well-communicated events calendar.

Ideal candidates will have 1 to 3 years of experience in hospitality, amenities, or food and beverage operations, coupled with management or supervisory experience. Certifications such as the Florida Food Manager Certification and ServSafe are required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems such as Clover. Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills are essential for success.

The work schedule includes Wednesday through Sunday, 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with weekend coverage mandatory. Job Duties
