- experience in janitorial industry preferred
- ability to follow instructions in English
- reliable transportation
- flexibility to accept on-call shifts
- successful post-offer medical, background and drug screenings
- full COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption

Job Duties
- Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim
- cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms and other work areas
- sweeps and/or vacuums floors
- dusts furniture and equipment
- polishes metalwork
- washes walls, ceilings, and woodwork
- washes windows, door panels, and sills
- empties wastebaskets
- transports trash and waste to disposal areas
- replenishes bathroom supplies
- transports small equipment or tools between departments
