The Floor Ambassador role within Williamson Health plays a vital part in ensuring patient satisfaction and operational efficiency within the Nutritional Services Department. This position involves interaction with patients and guests to take, enter, and deliver meal orders per facility policy while maintaining accurate records in the Electronic Diet Office system. Responsibilities include delivering meals timely, picking up trays after meal completion, and serving as the primary liaison between patients and the Nutritional Services team.
