Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Deliver packages safely and on time to customers
- Use Amazon Flex app to manage delivery blocks and schedules
- Provide excellent customer service and communication during deliveries
- Follow all traffic laws and safety guidelines
- Act as a customer service representative answering queries via phone, chat, or email
- Assist customers with order tracking and issue resolution
- Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude at all times
