Mercury Parcel Service is currently seeking enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic individuals to join their team as delivery drivers at the DOR3 Amazon delivery station. This position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, complete with paid training, overtime availability, health and dental benefits, and tuition reimbursement options. The role of the delivery driver involves more than just transporting packages. It is about managing a dynamic route, interacting positively with customers, ensuring safety, and abiding by all company policies and Amazon’s standards. Drivers will operate delivery vans with a gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) of 10,000 lbs or less, navigating various weather conditions and terrains. Physical demands include lifting packages up to 50 lbs, repeatedly entering and exiting the van, and walking staircases or driveways. Drivers are expected to work 3 to 5 days per week, including weekends and holidays, with shifts typically lasting between 8 to 10 hours.

Compensation for this role starts at $21 per hour, with potential for overtime pay up to $23 per hour. Employees receive paid training and are provided with uniforms and work shoes to maintain professionalism and safety on the job.
