We are currently seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our team at Concord Hospitality's hotels. This full-time position offers competitive wages and a comprehensive benefits package. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms and public areas, ensuring every guest enjoys a pristine and welcoming environment. The role involves cleaning and preparing guest rooms promptly and systematically, following established procedures and hotel standards to guarantee consistency and guest satisfaction.

Housekeepers will be responsible for keeping linen carts well-stocked and organized, reporting any maintenance issues promptly, and securing assigned equipment and keys. The position requires excellent communication skills to address guest requests courteously and efficiently while maintaining high standards of safety and sanitation. Physical stamina is essential due to the nature of cleaning tasks and handling supplies and equipment. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, is also necessary. Job Requirements

  • experience in cleaning or hospitality preferred

Job Duties

  • clean and service assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner following procedures and hotel standards
  • keep an organized linen cart that is neat well stocked and orderly
  • report any areas within guest rooms that need attention such as fixtures door locks televisions or hvac systems
  • maintain security of equipment keys and supplies issued
  • report lost and found articles to supervisor
  • respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner
