Job Requirements
- Basic literacy and numeracy
- ability to perform physical tasks required for cleaning
- availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- reliability and punctuality
- commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness

- ability to handle guest requests courteously and professionally
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous housekeeping experience is an advantage
- ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures
- good communication skills
- ability to work efficiently in a team environment
- strong attention to detail
- physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks
Job Duties
- Cleaning times are tracked at 30 minutes per room
- cleaning and servicing assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner, following procedures and hotel standards
- keeping an organized linen cart that is neat, well stocked and organized
- report any areas within guest rooms that need attention, such as fixtures, door locks, televisions, HVAC, etc
- maintaining security of your equipment, key and supplies issued to you
- reporting lost and found articles to your supervisor
- respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner
