Four Seasons is powered by its people, a dedicated team who pursue excellence, growth, and mutual respect, fostering a workplace culture of genuine heart and commitment to service. This collective ambition drives every aspect of the company, from guest relations to employee development, ensuring unmatched experiences that leave lasting impressions.

Located on the iconic Las Vegas Strip, Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas offers a unique, non-gaming oasis in one of the most vibrant entertainment capitals of the world. Adjacent to the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino, it stands out as one of the few non-gaming and non-smoking hotels on the Strip, providing guests with a serene and tranquil environment amidst the city's bustling energy. This Five Diamond property features a Forbes Five-Star Spa and blends the best of both worlds—resort-like relaxation paired with proximity to Las Vegas' nightlife and entertainment. Guests can also explore nearby natural attractions such as the Grand Canyon and Red Rock National Conservation Area, adding to the hotel's appeal as a prime destination.

The Service Bartender role at Four Seasons Las Vegas is pivotal in maintaining the high standards of luxury hospitality the brand is known for. This position is responsible for the knowledge, preparation, and presentation of wines, mixed drinks, and spirits to meet guest preferences precisely and efficiently. The role demands a passion for luxury service, an understanding of fine beverages, and the ability to provide attentive and personalized guest interactions. Maintaining accurate inventory records of all bar items is essential to ensure operational efficiency and service excellence.

Ideal candidates will bring previous bartending experience within a luxury environment, strong organizational skills to thrive in a fast-paced setting, and excellent communication abilities to engage with guests and team members effectively. Physical stamina including the ability to lift up to 40lbs is necessary due to the demands of the job. This position works part-time primarily on Mondays and Tuesdays, covering vacations and callouts, providing flexibility and opportunities to join a respected global brand known for its employee development and comprehensive benefits.

Four Seasons values diversity and inclusivity, encouraging applications from minorities, women, veterans, and individuals with disabilities. The company is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer committed to creating a supportive and inspiring workplace. Benefits include competitive salary and wages, training and development opportunities, employee discounts on global stays, complimentary dry cleaning for uniforms, meals, and employee parking.
