Job Requirements
- must be able to effectively communicate with guests and employees
- detect and identify safety issues
- lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- stand and walk for extended periods
- bend, stoop, and reach to access various areas
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- able to tolerate exposure to allergens and food odors
- maintain professional appearance and hygiene
- understand directives and communicate effectively
- ability to use kitchen equipment safely

Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a kitchen environment is a plus
- basic knife skills and food preparation knowledge
- ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- strong communication skills

- willingness to learn and grow within the company
Job Duties
- fabricate fish for sushi preparation
- sauce work and vegetable and produce preparation
- prepare sushi rice to quality standards
- set up the sushi line ensuring all ingredients are ready
- maintain a neat and organized workspace including proper storage and cleaning
- use kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- assist in restocking inventory and maintaining kitchen supplies
