The specific role at Marshalls is centered around maintaining a clean and organized store environment with a particular emphasis on floor care. The position involves tasks such as operating floor scrubbers and buffers, dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning glass and windows. As part of the role, the employee will be cross-trained to work across multiple departments within the store to ensure business needs are supported effectively. This hands-on position requires a commitment to upholding operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards that are critical to store success.

The role is essential in ensuring that all aspects of the store maintain the highest cleanliness and organizational standards. Beyond floor care, the responsibilities include maintaining areas such as the sales floor, single queue, associate lounge, backroom, and restrooms.
