With a presence spanning multiple continents and a rich heritage of welcoming over 3 billion guests worldwide, Hilton is dedicated to filling the earth with the light and warmth of hospitality. The brand’s commitment to excellence is reflected not only in its guest services but also in its award-winning workplace culture, which has earned repeated recognition on the World’s Best Workplaces list by Great Place to Work and Fortune. Hilton offers an inspiring and inclusive environment where team members are empowered to thrive, grow, and make a meaningful impact in the hospitality sector.

As a Food Server at Hilton Hotels, you play a vital role in creating memorable dining experiences that brighten guests’ days and enhance their overall stay. This position is not just about delivering food and drinks but about spreading warmth and genuine hospitality at every interaction. You will be the friendly face welcoming guests, helping them navigate the menu with confidence, and ensuring their meal is served with care and attentiveness. Your role involves mastering all menu details, including promotions and specials, to provide knowledgeable recommendations and answer guest questions effectively.

Efficiency and attention to detail are critical in this role, as you will be responsible for taking orders accurately, entering them into the point-of-sale system, and delivering them promptly to ensure a seamless dining experience. Additionally, you will manage the food service station by keeping it fully stocked, clean, and organized, complying with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations. This adherence to regulatory standards protects the well-being of both guests and team members, underscoring Hilton’s commitment to the highest levels of service and safety.

Joining Hilton means embracing the company’s core values: hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and a focus on the present moment. These values guide every action and interaction, creating a supportive and dynamic work environment where you can develop your skills and build a fulfilling career in hospitality.

Hilton offers substantial benefits that support your professional and personal life. These include incredible travel perks like access to discounted room rates through the Go Hilton travel program, opportunities to invest in the company through an employee stock purchase program, paid parental leave, and personalized caregiving support. Additional resources such as crisis concierge services and mental health support through the Employee Assistance Program help ensure you have comprehensive care when you need it most. The company also provides generous paid time off, health and welfare benefits, and retirement plans designed to secure your financial future.

Working at Hilton Hotels means joining an award-winning workplace culture committed to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion while providing ongoing support and development opportunities. Whether you are starting your hospitality career or looking to grow into new roles, Hilton is dedicated to helping you succeed and find lasting fulfillment in your work. As a Food Server, your contribution is critical in maintaining Hilton’s reputation for excellence and making every stay a little more magical for guests around the world.
