The Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences New Orleans is a standout property located in one of America’s most celebrated cities. Representing true riverfront luxury, the landmark tower sits in a central downtown location overlooking the Mississippi River. This setting offers guests the chance to indulge in innovative Louisiana cuisine, relax by a resort-style pool, and enjoy breathtaking views from the 34th-floor observation deck, known for being the best vantage point in New Orleans. We are currently seeking to expand our Food and Beverage team with a Server who will play a crucial role in shaping guests’ dining experiences. This position involves creating tailored, exceptional dining moments through attentive and intuitive service that anticipates guest needs before they are expressed. As a Server at Four Seasons, you will confidently showcase menu selections, providing engaging descriptions that highlight ingredients, origins, and preparations. You will manage every interaction with professionalism and care, ensuring timely and accurate order handling and delivery.

This role demands a high-energy approach in a fast-paced environment where standing, walking, carrying trays, and navigating the dining room seamlessly is essential. Collaboration and communication across team members are critical to delivering smooth and efficient service. The position offers a flexible schedule from 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. daily, including weekends and holidays, allowing for work-life balance within a vibrant hospitality setting.

Job Requirements

  • Work authorization in the United States
  • One to two years’ experience in food and beverage
  • TIPS and ServSafe certifications
  • Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, carry trays, and navigate the dining room efficiently
  • Knowledge of MICROS preferred
