Job Duties
- greet guests warmly and present menus in a professional and friendly manner
- take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff
- serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation and quality standards are met
- assist guests with menu selections and answer any questions about ingredients or specials
- ensure guest satisfaction by checking in during their meal and addressing any concerns promptly
- maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas
- process payments accurately and handle cash or electronic transactions securely
- follow all safety, sanitation, and health regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff
