The Regular Full-Time AM Server position at Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe is an exciting opportunity for those passionate about hospitality and delivering an outstanding guest experience. As a member of the Terra restaurant team, the AM Server will engage with guests by offering detailed menu explanations, sharing ingredient information, and delivering service that enhances the overall dining experience. Continuous learning about cuisine, wine, and beverage products is encouraged to foster personal growth and enrich guest interactions. The AM Server will also play a supportive role by assisting with side work, greeting and seating guests as needed, managing reservations, and operating the MICROS point-of-sale system efficiently. Maintaining a high level of awareness on the restaurant floor to anticipate and respond promptly to guest needs is essential in this role.
