The Regular Full-Time AM Server position at Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe is an exciting opportunity for those passionate about hospitality and delivering an outstanding guest experience. The ideal candidate is a caring and genuine professional who enjoys connecting authentically with guests and colleagues alike. We seek individuals who demonstrate integrity, accountability, and confidence in their decision-making, all while maintaining a collaborative spirit with their team members. This role requires a dynamic individual who can uphold the luxury standards of Four Seasons while providing personalized and knowledgeable service that exceeds guest expectations.

As a member of the Terra restaurant team, the AM Server will engage with guests by offering detailed menu explanations, sharing ingredient information, and delivering service that enhances the overall dining experience. Continuous learning about cuisine, wine, and beverage products is encouraged to foster personal growth and enrich guest interactions. The AM Server will also play a supportive role by assisting with side work, greeting and seating guests as needed, managing reservations, and operating the MICROS point-of-sale system efficiently. Maintaining a high level of awareness on the restaurant floor to anticipate and respond promptly to guest needs is essential in this role.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a high-end restaurant server or related work
  • Valid New Mexico Food Handler certification
  • Valid New Mexico Alcohol Server certification
  • Ability to stand and move around the restaurant area for entire shifts
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
  • Flexible schedule including availability to work weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a server in a high-end restaurant or related work
  • Strong food and beverage knowledge
  • Current New Mexico Food Handler and Alcohol Server certifications
  • Ability to stand and move around the restaurant area for entire shifts

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Deliver knowledgeable, engaging service with a full understanding of all food and beverage offerings, confidently sharing ingredient details and providing articulate, enticing menu descriptions
  • Continuously expand your knowledge of cuisine, wine, and beverage products to enhance the guest experience
  • Support the Terra team by completing side work, greeting and seating guests when the host/ess is unavailable, taking reservations, and operating the MICROS point-of-sale system
  • Maintain full awareness and presence on the floor, anticipating guest needs and responding promptly and appropriately to any concerns or requests
  • Accurately close guest checks
