Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- present menus, take orders, and answer questions about menu items
- provide recommendations and upsell specials or additional items
- input orders accurately into the POS system and ensure timely delivery to the kitchen
- serve food and beverages promptly and courteously
- check back with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- monitor table cleanliness and promptly clear dishes and utensils
- prepare and deliver accurate checks, handle payments, and process transactions
- maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and allergens
- adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
- assist with opening and closing duties, including setup and cleanup
- uphold a positive attitude and teamwork mentality
- attend training sessions and staff meetings as required
- handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly
- follow all company policies, procedures, and regulations
- maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times
- perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management
