Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- one to two years of experience in cooking or food preparation preferred
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
- availability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- willingness to learn and take on feedback

- able to work a station with supervision and assist in multiple stations as needed

Job Duties
- Prepare high-quality dishes with consistency and efficiency
- support Garde Manger operations primarily
- provide occasional assistance for banquet functions
- work under the guidance of senior culinary team members
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station
- comply with food safety and sanitation standards
- collaborate effectively with culinary team members
