Job Description
As a Pastry Team Member at a production bakery, you will be involved in the preparation of morning pastries, croissants, and other baked goods using traditional methods without automation. This hands-on role includes dough mixing, muffin scooping, cookie cutting, seasonal item production, and sandwich and salad assembly. Multiple positions are available including Pastry Mixer, Pastry Prep, and Pastry Supervisor with early morning shifts starting from 4:30am to 6:30am, lasting 6-8 hours, and requiring weekend and holiday availability.
