Job Duties
- Prepare pastry and dessert items according to recipes and quality standards
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of pastry workstation
- Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens and mixers safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with kitchen team to meet service demands
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking supplies
- Assist in the development of new dessert recipes
