The role of an AM Cook at HCW Hospitality is pivotal in delivering the culinary excellence the brand is known for. As an AM Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes that delight guests with fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully crafted meals. The AM Cook will collaborate closely with the culinary team at Luna by Giada, a premium dining establishment that draws inspiration from Giada De Laurentiis’ Roman heritage infused with fresh California flavors. This role offers the opportunity to work with premium ingredients, including fresh local produce and select cuts of meat, to create dishes that reflect the upscale and vibrant atmosphere of Caesars Republic.

In addition to preparing high-quality dishes, the AM Cook is expected to contribute to menu innovation while maintaining rigorous standards for cleanliness, safety, and sanitation. The role demands flexibility, as AM Cooks need to be available to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Beyond cooking responsibilities, the AM Cook may also undertake additional duties assigned by management to ensure smooth kitchen operations and an exceptional dining experience for every guest. Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu
  • create culinary masterpieces inspired by Giada De Laurentiis' Roman heritage with fresh California flavors
  • collaborate with the culinary team to maintain high standards of Luna by Giada
  • work with premium ingredients including fresh local produce and quality cuts of meat
  • maintain a clean and organized kitchen following safety and sanitation guidelines
  • innovate and contribute ideas for menu development
  • take on additional duties assigned by management to support smooth operation of the hotel
