Job Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu
- create culinary masterpieces inspired by Giada De Laurentiis' Roman heritage with fresh California flavors
- collaborate with the culinary team to maintain high standards of Luna by Giada
- work with premium ingredients including fresh local produce and quality cuts of meat
- maintain a clean and organized kitchen following safety and sanitation guidelines
- innovate and contribute ideas for menu development
- take on additional duties assigned by management to support smooth operation of the hotel
