The Culinary Team at The Bradley is currently seeking a passionate, creative, and motivated Morning Line Cook to join their ranks. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their culinary talents in a professional kitchen environment while contributing to the creation of seasonal and concept-driven menus. The position requires working weekend shifts and involves assisting the Chef with food production, preparation, and maintaining food quality and kitchen order.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about expanding their cooking skills across various methods including grilling, sautéing, and frying, while learning to use different kitchen tools and techniques. This role also involves preparing ingredients such as chopping vegetables and cutting meat, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards, and ensuring proper storage of all food items. The line cook will play a vital role in supporting kitchen operations by helping to minimize food waste and ensuring consistency in food preparation. Additionally, the successful candidate will work closely with a world-class culinary team in an environment that encourages creativity, skill development, and career growth.

Job Duties

  • develop your knowledge and skills in various cooking procedures and methods (grill, sauti and fry)
  • prepare ingredients by chopping, peeling vegetables and cutting meat
  • maintain a sanitized and orderly kitchen environment
  • ensure all food and ingredients are stored properly
  • assist the Chef in food production and fabrication
  • maintain quality and consistency in all food preparation
  • minimize food waste through cross utilization
