Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • 1-2 years related experience
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Luxury hotel and/or luxury residence experience preferred
  • High volume/fast-paced environment experience preferred
  • Intermediate English - verbal
  • Flexible work availability - all shifts, weekdays, weekends, and holidays
  • Employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally move up to 100 pounds (carts)

Job Duties

  • Consistently check and replenish
  • Maintain the organization, visual appeal, cleanliness, and sanitation of assigned areas
  • Ensure clear, concise, efficient, and appropriate communication at all times with Room Attendants, House Attendants, Supervisors, Dispatcher, and management
  • Assist Room Attendants with moving/rearranging furniture, removing guest room linen, trash removal, and cleaning balconies/patios
  • Prepare, deliver, and collect guest request items - coffee/tea setup, rollaway beds, baby cribs, household items, amenities, etc.
  • Clean carpets and upholstery using the proper equipment and following cleaning procedures
  • Receive and properly store cleaning supply, guest supply, and linen deliveries from the loading dock
  • Assist with setup and breakdown of hotel events
  • Must be able to cross-train in other Housekeeping and Laundry related areas
