Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 1-2 years related experience
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Luxury hotel and/or luxury residence experience preferred
- High volume/fast-paced environment experience preferred
- Intermediate English - verbal
- Flexible work availability - all shifts, weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally move up to 100 pounds (carts)

Job Duties
- Consistently check and replenish
- Maintain the organization, visual appeal, cleanliness, and sanitation of assigned areas
- Ensure clear, concise, efficient, and appropriate communication at all times with Room Attendants, House Attendants, Supervisors, Dispatcher, and management
- Assist Room Attendants with moving/rearranging furniture, removing guest room linen, trash removal, and cleaning balconies/patios
- Prepare, deliver, and collect guest request items - coffee/tea setup, rollaway beds, baby cribs, household items, amenities, etc.
- Clean carpets and upholstery using the proper equipment and following cleaning procedures
- Receive and properly store cleaning supply, guest supply, and linen deliveries from the loading dock
- Assist with setup and breakdown of hotel events
- Must be able to cross-train in other Housekeeping and Laundry related areas
