Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience of 3 months in a position with heavy cash handling responsibilities and customer service exposure
- Mathematical aptitude at high school graduate level
- Knowledge of standard cash handling procedures
- Familiarity with computerized cash register systems
- General knowledge of customer service skills, restaurant operations, and food service principles
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English
- Capable of handling coins, grasping handles, pushing buttons, and carrying dishes
- Ability to lift and carry trays and bus tubs weighing up to 10lbs
- Ability to stand throughout entire shift and reach above head to retrieve objects
- Vision ability to read written communication, computer screens, and survey entire room
- Willingness to work in an indoor environment involving standing, walking, lifting, and bending
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous cash handling experience of at least 3 months
- Strong mathematical aptitude suited for cash management
- Basic knowledge of computerized cash register systems
- General understanding of restaurant operations and food service principles
- Good customer service skills with ability to interact effectively

Job Duties
- Greet arriving customers and seat them appropriately
- Establish rapport with guests to accommodate special needs or requests
- Assign seating sections and notify servers to ensure timely service
- Operate computerized cash registers and process payments accurately
- Verify guest checks for correct pricing, discounts, and payment methods
- Collect and report customer feedback to management to improve service quality
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the restaurant including setup and sidework tasks
- Assist in managing revenues and balancing cash registers at shift end
- Report maintenance or housekeeping issues promptly to management
