Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to walk, stand for extended periods, and perform computer work regularly
  • Capability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Proficiency in English language communication including reading, writing, speaking, and hearing
  • Basic computer hardware and software usage
  • Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems logically and systematically
  • Customer service skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Willingness to work full-time in various outdoor conditions

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous hospitality experience preferred but not required
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • Basic computer skills including proficiency with word processing and internet browsers
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to handle guest complaints professionally and confidentially
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Greet guests and visitors with a professional, friendly demeanor including handling guest registration, room assignments, and payment processing
  • Offer assistance proactively and ensure a welcoming environment
  • Answer calls promptly and professionally, routing calls and messages accurately
  • Stay updated on company policies and offerings and provide guests with accurate information about services and local attractions
  • Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy, efficiency, and confidentiality, escalating issues when necessary
  • Maintain records, logs, and reports
  • manage bookings, reservations, and cancellations using company software
  • Collaborate across the company to streamline communication and understand role impacts
  • Uphold cleanliness and brand standards at the registration and affiliate desks
  • Perform all other duties as assigned
