Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- previous front desk or customer service experience preferred
- proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
- excellent communication skills
- strong organizational skills
- flexible with shifts and scheduling including some weekends and holidays
- reliable transportation
- stellar attendance and punctuality
- ability to remain stationary during shift
- ability to move objects up to 50 lbs
- willingness to follow safety protocols including wearing personal protective equipment

- ability to access and navigate the facility
- ability to move objects weighing up to 50 lbs
- adherence to safety protocols
Job Duties
- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
- operate the front desk according to standard operating procedures and with exceptional guest service
- know emergency procedures and how to respond
- complete daily reports and audit correspondence as required by the shift
- receive and confirm credit cards for validity and acceptability
- welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
- take incoming calls, online and in-person room booking requests, and answer questions about guests' needs involving room rates, available rooms, amenities, and special requests
- communicate with housekeeping to make sure guest rooms are ready
- manage online and phone reservations
- respond to guest complaints in a timely and professional manner
- create incident reports for guest injuries/issues when required
- maintain a high standard of personal appearance and grooming including compliance with the dress code policy
- perform other related duties as required or asked by Supervisor
- address visitor questions and requests promptly, courteously, and efficiently
- be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction
- practice safe work habits and use required safety equipment
- perform other related duties as required or assigned by the Supervisor/MOD
