The position offers flexible shift hours beginning as early as 4:00 am and ending as late as 2:30 pm on weekdays, weekends and holidays, with shifts ranging from 4 to 8 hours and a weekly schedule between 16 to 30 hours. Flexible availability is essential due to the bakery’s continuous operation every day of the week. Reliability and punctuality are vital, including access to dependable transportation as certain shifts occur outside typical public transit hours.\n\nThis position offers a competitive starting pay rate of $16.50 per hour and provides growth opportunities through cross-training in other bakery departments, potentially leading to full-time employment and increased earnings.
