We are currently seeking a dedicated and driven AM Houseperson and Shuttle Driver to join our team on a full-time basis. This role requires availability for morning shifts and weekends. The successful candidate must have a clean driver's license to operate the hotel shuttle safely. As a Houseperson, your primary responsibility will be to maintain the cleanliness and order of the hotel’s public spaces, including hallways, lobbies, and elevators, as well as to assist the housekeeping team in ensuring guest rooms are tidy and well-appointed. Additionally, duties include the delivery of linens, towels, and other necessary supplies to guest rooms, and the removal of trash and soiled linens. The Houseperson also plays a critical role in responding promptly and professionally to guest requests and complaints, thereby enhancing the overall guest experience. Maintaining a safe and secure environment by reporting maintenance issues or safety hazards is an integral part of the position, as is following all hotel policies and procedures.
