Job Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States
- sufficient education and/or literacy to read product labels and communicate with guests
- ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required
- availability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- warm, professional demeanor reflecting company culture
- willingness to work varied schedules
Job Qualifications
- Combination of education and experience
- experience in hotel kitchen preferred
- knowledge of food safety standards
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- good communication skills
Job Duties
- Prepare menu items according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines
- ensure food safety and quality standards are met
- maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely food service
- report to Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager
- comply with health and safety regulations
- assist in inventory and stock management
