Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- One year previous customer service related experience
- Knowledge of safe food handling processes
- Competent oral and written English skills
- Ability to read written communications and handle paperwork processing
- Physical ability to lift 20 - 40 lbs trays and push carts weighing 50 - 100 lbs
- Manual coordination to punch buttons and balance trays
- Ability to bend, kneel, and maneuver in narrow spaces
- Continuous standing required during shifts
- Ability to follow multiple instructions and communicate effectively
- Able to work in indoor environments including freezer temperatures
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a noisy environment
- Ability to manage customer service problems with tact
Job Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent
- One year previous customer service related experience
- Knowledge of safe food handling processes
- Competent in oral and written English
- Ability to read written communications and handle paperwork
- Experience dealing directly with the public
- Ability to multitask and follow verbal and written instructions
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to use tact and understanding in customer service situations
Job Duties
- Oversee the club service for guests ensuring quality experience and high food quality standards
- Prepare food and beverage for the club room
- Maintain clean and sanitary kitchen and club areas
- Provide information and assistance to guests regarding hotel services and local attractions
- Set-up and maintain continental breakfast buffet, honor bar, and hors d'oeuvres
- Handle guest comments and complaints according to procedure
- Escort and service VIP guests
- Prepare and replenish food and beverage items following all food safety regulations
- Keep all tables cleaned and bussed throughout club hours
- Greet guests and build rapport by learning about their preferences
- Pass on sales leads to management
- Maintain a pleasant presentation and clean environment
- Assist in maintaining safety equipment and emergency procedures
- Perform all other duties as assigned by management
