- 2-3 years experience in a 5-star or luxury environment as a bartender
- availability to work mornings full-time
- food handler and responsible beverage certification
- able to learn, retain, and present product, menu, and allergy information
- flexible schedule and can work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed
- level one sommelier certification or mixology degree a plus
