Job Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older
Bartending training and certification
Minimum 6 months bartending experience
Must be able to lift and carry weights between 20 to 100 pounds
Ability to stand for prolonged periods
Must be able to maneuver in tight spaces and around seated guests
Must have the ability to multitask effectively
Ability to handle cash register and accurately count cash
Must follow verbal and written instructions
Ability to use tact in difficult customer service situations

Job Qualifications

Bartending training and certification
TIPS certified
Minimum 6 months bartending experience
Must be 21 years of age or older
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Job Duties

Make and serve drinks to guests following established guidelines and safety controls
Perform all guest contact activities cordially and professionally ensuring guest satisfaction
Ring guest checks and process payments accurately as per company policy
Complete liquor requisitions and maintain adequate supply levels
Comply with state liquor laws and company standards
Perform all sidework duties according to sidework schedules
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
