Job Requirements

Prior experience as a bartender in a fast-moving bar or restaurant environment
availability for morning and daytime shifts, including weekends and game days as needed
solid understanding of cocktails, beer, wine, and basic food service
exceptional customer service and people skills
ability to juggle tasks and adapt in a bustling setting
positive, team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
enthusiasm for sports and community involvement is a bonus

Job Duties

Deliver top-tier service to guests, creating a friendly and memorable experience
craft and serve a range of high-quality drinks, including cocktails, beers, and wines, tailored to morning and afternoon preferences
take and process food and drink orders accurately, ensuring prompt delivery
keep the bar and surrounding areas clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards
manage cash and card payments with efficiency and care
build rapport with guests, enhancing their visit through genuine engagement
collaborate seamlessly with the team, pitching in wherever needed to keep things running smoothly
support community events and initiatives, reflecting our passion for local sports culture
