Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years experience in pastry preparation
- knowledge of baking techniques
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- eligibility to work in the United States
- successful completion of background check
Job Qualifications
- 2 years experience
- bread knowledge is a plus
- must be flexible with schedule including weekends
- culinary or baking school certification is preferred
- good communication skills
- ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- commitment to quality and presentation
Job Duties
- Preparation of all pastry products as trained in accordance to pastry shop standards
- assist higher level bakers
- perform other duties as assigned by Chef
- maintain cleanliness and organization of pastry work area
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- contribute to inventory management and ingredient ordering
- support team collaboration and kitchen efficiency
