The Server position at Pegasus Senior Living is an essential role within their senior living communities, where the mission is to celebrate and enhance all lives with kindness and integrity. Servers play a vital role in enriching the daily experience of residents by ensuring timely, friendly, and professional meal service. Employees have access to up to 20 paid time off days annually (for full-time workers), various travel, restaurant, and retail discounts, and the possibility of unlimited employee referral bonuses up to $2,000. Career growth is actively supported through a nationwide mentorship program and a continuing education reimbursement program for all associates. Beyond pay, which ranges from $17.50 to $19.50 per hour depending on experience and qualifications, this role offers a meaningful career path to make a difference in the lives of seniors, supported by industry-leading benefits and a vibrant company culture.
