The role currently available is that of a Cook, a vital position within the team responsible for preparing high-quality food consistent with established recipe cards. This is a full-time role with competitive hourly pay ranging from $16 to $17, depending on experience. The hours of work are scheduled either from 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM or from 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM, making it suitable for individuals who prefer early or late shifts. The Cook is expected to maintain the highest food safety standards, ensure proper documentation and rotation of food containers as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and adhere to uniform and punctuality standards. Additionally, the Cook will need to be proactive in managing inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining par levels, as well as ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of kitchen equipment to avoid service disruptions.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Food handler's certification or equivalent food safety training
- Availability to work scheduled shifts including early mornings and late nights
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks related to kitchen work
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Willingness to adhere to company uniform and grooming standards
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in food preparation or cooking
- Ability to follow detailed recipe cards and food safety protocols
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Prepare food of consistent quality following brand recipe cards
- Proper documentation on all food containers with adherence to rotations per SOP
- Practice safety standards at all times
- Report to work in full clean uniform on time and ready to serve
- Cook orders with adherence to guest requests/special needs in a positive manner
- Be proactive with ordering and pars, food preparations and equipment upkeep to eliminate service obstacles
