This full-time, regular employee role requires a candidate with a minimum DOJ MBI clearance and offers a competitive salary range from $94,400 to $198,200, depending on experience, location, and qualifications. As the primary point of contact for case support, this role demands exceptional project management abilities and the capacity to work closely with government personnel, legal teams, and contractor components to ensure seamless operational support.

The position plays a critical role in case management by analyzing electronic files, advising legal teams, and ensuring that produced data conforms to litigation standards. Success in this role requires exceptional organizational skills, comprehensive knowledge of litigation discovery processes, and proficiency with leading document review and litigation support software such as iConect, Relativity, Venio, LAW, IPRO, Concordance, and others. The ALS e-Discovery Team Lead / Lab Manager is expected to handle quality control of deliverables, assess and assign work within the team, produce progress reports, and communicate effectively with Contracting Officer Representatives (COR) regarding lab activities and resourcing.
