Job Duties

  • Oversee daily housekeeping operations including inspections, reports, and productivity checks
  • lead and inspire Room Attendants and House Attendants through clear communication and training
  • manage lost-and-found items and maintain key control
  • ensure safety and security protocols are followed in sensitive areas
  • uphold high standards of sanitation and cleanliness throughout all facilities and equipment
  • step in to perform managerial duties in the absence of the Housekeeping Manager
  • maintain accurate records and documentation related to housekeeping activities
