Job Duties
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations including inspections, reports, and productivity checks
- lead and inspire Room Attendants and House Attendants through clear communication and training
- manage lost-and-found items and maintain key control
- ensure safety and security protocols are followed in sensitive areas
- uphold high standards of sanitation and cleanliness throughout all facilities and equipment
- step in to perform managerial duties in the absence of the Housekeeping Manager
- maintain accurate records and documentation related to housekeeping activities
