Job Requirements
- Have a smartphone
- Ability to be on your feet for at least 2 hours
- Ability to carry up to 30 lbs
- Open bed pickup truck
- Availability for night shifts starting at 7 pm
- Ability to work part-time
- Represent the company professionally
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- No prior experience required
- Ability to use a smartphone for reporting
- Strong communication skills
- Capable of working independently
- Customer service-oriented attitude
- Physically able to handle walking and carrying loads
Job Duties
- Collect trash bags from apartment doorsteps and transport them to dumpsters
- Wear provided personal protective equipment during shifts
- Take and email daily photos for reporting
- Walk and climb stairs regularly throughout the shift
- Interact professionally with residents and property management
- Ensure thorough collection without cutting corners
- Represent the company in a service-oriented, respectful manner
